Heat Check: Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice
These bite-sized bricks are unapologetic. Fried rice rectangles crackle under spicy tuna, creamy aioli, and thinly sliced jalapeños. It’s loud, hot, and gone too fast. A moment of fire and crunch. If the Ceramic Diver Black Matte is a stealthy prowler, this dish is its flash grenade.
Roll Call: The Medley of Sushi
On a lacquered golden tray, the evening reaches its apex.
