This vibrant salad of Holland Farms tomatoes, cucumber, plum, arugula, focaccia croutons, goat cheese, and prosciutto ties together the freshness of the season with rustic comfort. It’s bright, delicious and with a touch of acidity and creaminess that ties it all together. It reflects the power reserve complication of the watch, which elegantly displays stored energy. Both are reminders of balance and readiness: the salad with its mix of crisp and hearty textures, the Chronomaster with its ability to show you how much vitality remains within.
A bold dish featuring tandoori-spiced salmon atop saffron risotto, mushrooms, snap peas, macerated cranberries, and a garlic and onion vinaigrette. Its flaky and dense texture, smoky char and layered spices echo the chronograph complication of the Zenith—designed for action, precision, and bold timing. Just as the salmon dominates the plate with intensity and finesse, the chronograph commands attention on the wrist.
A generous portion of duck breast, served with fava beans, spinach, radish, pistachio relish, and a blackberry balsamic reduction. Just as the sorbet clears the palate and leaves a lasting impression of simplicity done well, the case offers a timeless reminder of purity in design.
